He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emery Vargo and Elsie Vargo; his wife Evelyn Vargo; his children, Doug Vargo, Cindy Chappell and Wendy Wheeler; and his grandchildren, Paden Vargo, Jessie Vargo, Stephanie Townsend and Andrew Wheeler.
