He was predeceased by: his parents, Ives Hall and Dora Mae Hall; his wife Sandra Kinard; his sister Marcia Harris; and his sister-in-law Donna Collins.
He is survived by: his brothers, Mike Hall, Robert Hall and Clyde Lindsey; his children, Kima A. Smith (late Terry Smith) and Frankie Lee Hall, Jr. (Krystal Hall); his grandchildren, Frankie Lee Hall III, Zachary Warren Hall, Tere Joy Poole and Kymberly Michael Collins; and his great grandchildren, Levi Jason Irizarry, Landyn Glenn Hall and Esme Soleil Joy Poole.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Clay County Police Athletic League (904-375-2237) in Frankie L. Hall's memory.
