She was predeceased by: her significant other Mehrl W. Phebus. She is survived by: her children, Barbara J. Tappy (Bill), Susan L. Safley, Stephen Phebus (Debra) and Robin E. Phebus; and her sisters, Sandra L. Cox (Bill) and Linda D. McDonnell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
