He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Moynihan and Grace Moynihan; his brother Bill; his nephew Bill; and his sister Grace.
He is survived by: his family, Maura Lear (Brad) of Temple Terrace, FL, Amy Tucceri (Larry), Sarah Martin (Byron) of Tampa, FL and Kathryn Smith (Scott) of Soddy Daisy, TN; his grandchildren, Samantha Marquis (Ben), Matthew Tucceri (Kelsey), Henry Lear, Daniel, Andrew and Ryan Martin; and his great grandchildren, Wesson, Luke Marquis and Sophie Tucceri. He is also survived by nephews and their extended families.
