He was predeceased by: his parents, R. N. Chambless and Mildred Chambless (Stripling); and his brothers, Kenny and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Linda Evelyn Chambless of Flagler Beach, FL; his children, Christopher Garrett of Cottageville, SC and Lena Starr of Atlanta, GA; his stepdaughters, Victoria Jayne and Stefanie Elizabeth of Chester; his sister Linda Gail of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughter Beatrice of Clermont, FL; his great grandchild Kingsley; and his stepgrandchildren, Ashton William, Carter Lewis, Talia Evelyn and Kyla May.
