He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Mae Broyles and Lawrence Hubert McCarter. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Michelle Huff; his sons, Bradley Stuart and Eric Michael McCarter; and his grandchildren, Logan Stuart and Sienna Joy McCarter.
