She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Edison and Willie Lou Edison; and her husband Pete Stanfield. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Aguirre (Tucker); her grandchildren, T. C. Aguirre and Charlene Wheeler; and her siblings, Rod Edison (Dora) and Helen Whitfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, TN 37072). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (1150 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
