He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis John Gallagher and Mary Storey Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Teri Woodsmall Gallagher; his siblings, Eva Gallagher Schneidau (Wallace Schneidau) of Slidell, Thomas Gallagher of Holland and Michael Gallagher (Janet Meunier Gallagher) of Maryville, Tennessee.; and his caregivers, Willeen, Amelia and John. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and many grand-nieces.
