He was predeceased by: his mother Suzanne Farley Hoy. He is survived by: his father Dr. Don Roger Hoy; his wife Sonia Velez-Hoy; his children, Cassandra Marie, Sabrina Isabel and Zachary Jacob; and his brother Dr. Roger Michael Hoy.
