He was predeceased by: his parents, James Claude and Bessie Flannigan (Rice). He is survived by: his children, John C. Flannigan, Gail Singh (Nalin), Cheryl Flannigan (Fred Eichhorn) and James (Christi); and his grandchildren, Robert, Matthew Mills and Chandra Jean Singh.
