She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Dart and Anna Chloe Colvin (Ross); her husband John Ross Bell, Sr.; her siblings, Patricia Carnathan (Hughes), Iona Margaret Kurtzeborn (Hughes), Katherine McClaine (Hughes), Nancy Herman (Colvin), John William Colvin, Robert Colvin and Oliver Colvin; her grandson Christopher Chamberlain; and her sons-in-law, Richard Baumer and Timothy Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Chamberlain (Wayne), Linda Baumer, John Ross Bell, Jr., Rebecca Williams, Melissa Bell and Thomas Bell (Mimi); her children-in-law, Jeanne Bell (Schmidt) and Victor Faignant; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Colvin (Baker) and Erline Colvin (Erving). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks, if desired, to donate to the scholarship fund of Foundation Christian Academy or the youth camps program of Christ First Church in Florissant, MO, the American Cancer Society, or to the donor's choice.
