He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann "Debbie" Slaughter of Fanning Springs; his children, Hope Slaughter Staley and Kellie Slaughter of Jacksonville, FL.; his granddaughter Sister Sharon Summers (John) of Cedar Key, FL.; and his niece Brenda Summers.
