He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell and Jesse Campbell; his children, Mike Campbell and Kim Adams; his granddaughter Madaylynn Campbell; and his siblings, Charlie Campbell, Enos Campbell, Kenny Campbell, Howard Campbell, Buster Campbell, Dave Campbell and Mildred Link.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Campbell; his children, Shaun Campbell (Lisa) of Chiefland Florida and Heidi Valentine (Terry) of Camden Ohio; his grandchildren, Cindy Campbell, Harvey Campbell, Samantha Frazier, Heather Storck, Kelli Booker, Tara McClellan, Jordan Schwegmann, Cody Schwegmann, Seth Campbell, Emma Campbell and Amber Campbell; and his siblings, Joe Campbell, Jesse Campbell (Junior), Charlotte Gray and Thelma Wilder.
