She is survived by: her parents, Dale D. DeForest Sr. and Linda Ann Rice (Ulm); her grandchildren, Jackson, Tanner Horner, Zayne Gilb, Cody Horner, Annabell Horner and Serenity Phelps; her sons, Matthew Horner and Richard Horner; her significant other Mark Jones (Bo); and her siblings, Ramona Edwards, Mike Jensen, Ruth Huff, Charlene Hurley, Jerry DeForest Sr. and Dale D. DeForest Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hollywood Cemetery (1031 S Carpenter Ave, Orange City, FL 32763). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cassia Baptist Church (36944 Cassia Church Rd, Eustis, FL 32736).
