He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Barr and Frieda Barr (Lewis); his wife Patricia Helen Kudlock; and his sister Barbara McDowell. He is survived by: his children, Sharon L. Barr, Brenda J. Barr of Eustis, FL and Michael R. Barr of Pagosa Springs, CO.; his grandchildren, Ashley Kilgore (Caleb) and TJ Costa; and his brothers, James Barr (Joy) and Paul Barr (Evelyn).
