He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Ward and Ruth Ward; and his sister Alice Ward. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Gary Ward, Jr. and Chris Ward; his grandchildren, Justin, Brandie (James), Ashley, Cameron and Rodney; his great grandchildren, JJ, James, Juniper and Ruby; and his sister Brenda Thompson (Dan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
