She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Hooten and Jim Hooten. She is survived by: her husband Jim Barrell of Eustis, FL; her daughters, Karen Downey Lightfoot and Janie Downey of Alexandria, VA; and her stepchildren, Barbara (Joe Robinson) of Palm Beach, FL, Jim (Gail Barrell) of Greensburg, PA, David Barrell of Raleigh, NC and Larry Barrell of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
