He is survived by : his wife Bev; his children, David Richard Corbett, Jr. of Lakeland, Florida and Lisa Shannon Givens of Butler, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, David Richard Corbett III (Corie) of Haines City, Elizabeth Ann Kilpatrick (William) of Homeland, Sarah Emily Leo (Trenton) of Bluff City, Charles Richard Gardener Givens of Winchester, Virginia and Jessie Clara Givens of Durham. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
