He was predeceased by: his wife Heidi Holtom. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Stroud (Joshua) of Columbus, Ohio and David A. Holtom, Jr. of Eustis; his grandchildren, Taya Haile, Jordyn Stroud and Joshua Thomas Stroud, Jr.; and his siblings, Beth Parsons of Johnstown, Linda Bryant (Mark) of Utica, Ohio and Andy Holtom (Michele) of Hebron, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
