He is survived by: his parents, Albert D'Amico and Anne D'Amico (Coppola); his wife Eleanor D'Amico (Mozzoni); his children, Lisa Hart (Christopher) of Plympton, MA, William D'Amico II of East Greenwich, RI, James Peters (Crystal) of Coventry, RI, Jay Peters (Regina) of Johnston, RI and Paula Davis of Westford, MA; his brothers, Robert D'Amico (Louise) of Cranston, RI and John D'Amico (Louise) of Johnston, RI; and his child Chromosome Duplication Syndrome. He is also survived by grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to help research a cure for children with Chromosome Duplication Syndrome.
