With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Butler of Estero, Florida, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on February 22, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey F. Butler and Mildred M. Butler (Gallagher); his wife Janet Lee Fischer; his grandson Brian Butler; and his sisters, Ellen Sorrell (James) and Mary Sartori (Peter).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions in his name be made to Joanne's House at Hope Hospice 27100 Imperial Parkway, Bonita Springs, FL 34134.
