Thomas Parker Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Parker (Estero, Florida), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Parker and Norma Parker (Bowman). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Sellon (Todd) of Spring Lake and Matthew Parker (Heather) of Marietta, GA; his grandchildren, Alexa Modert (Pete), Andrew Sellon, Allison, Sophie and Will Parker; his brothers, Ted Parker (Vicki), Dennis Parker (Carol) and Greg Parker (Eva); and the mother of his children Sandy Parker.

Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19 and social distancing, a visitation and service will be announced and held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

“Tom, i am so sorry to hear of your passing. Please know that my sympathies are with your family and your many, many friends. I will always remember our days at ghhs as well as at ferris! Over the years we've had lots of terrific times from high school to refinishing furniture for lynne and me before we moved to big rapids. So much fun for lots of years! Rest in peace my friend!
