With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Kathryn Moffitt of Estero, Florida, who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Peggy Evans (McGinnis). She is survived by : her husband Adam Moffitt; her father J. Dennis Evans; her children, Keely and Alex Moffitt; her sister Erin Anke (Chad Anke); and her nieces and nephews, Kaylan, Paige, Finn and Ella. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
