He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Smith and Florence Smith (Miles). He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith of Estero, FL; his daughters, Kim Ann Nealon (Kenneth) of Factoryville, PA and Lynn Smith of Scranton, PA; his stepson Paul R. Stephens, Jr. (Michelle) of Taylor, PA; his grandchildren, Casey Nealon (Judy), Megan Wilson (Drew), Kathleen Nealon, Jackson Stephens and Maximus Stephens; and his great grandchild Blake Stephens.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory be made to Joanne's House at Hope Hospice 27100 Imperial Pkwy., Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
