He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Carl Baumgart and Mary Gulley Baumgart. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Baumgart (Nelson); his son Ronald A. Baumgart II (Rachelle); his grandchildren, Julia, Ronald A. Baumgart III and Michael; and his half-siblings, Roseanne Collins (Robert), Karen Baumgart, Catherine Harris and Alfred Carl Baumgart Jr. (Pamela).
