We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Richard Wesley Sloat of Estero, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Teresa Summerlee Isanhart; and his granddaughter Ashley Summerlee. He is survived by: his former wife Helen Bates of Brightmoor; his wife Judy O'Connor; his children, Richard "Richie" Sloat (Susie) and Rachel Shymkiw (David); and his stepchildren, Alan Nay and Valerie Thomas (Matt). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family asks that memorials be made in Dick's honor to his favorite charity, Shriners Hospitals for Children.
