He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Hooper and Eula M. Hooper (Castle); his wife Helen Hooper; his brother Jack Hooper; and his son-in-law Larry Olson.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Finerty (Patrick) of Estero, FL, Philip "Jack" Hooper (Andrea) of Bothell, WA and Janet Olson of Howell, MI; his grandchildren, Tim, Brian, Cheryl, Eric, Christine, Derek and Melissa; and his great grandchildren, Caitlin of Carly, C. J., Nicholas, Quinn, Logan, Elliott, Odin, Karson, Madyson, Karter and Danny.
