He was predeceased by: his parents, Artur Botelho Pimentel and Nicolina Botelho (DeSousa); his son Frederick S. Botelho; and his brother Gabriel Botelho. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia M. Botelho of Estero, FL; his son Alex S. Botelho of Miami, FL; and his sisters, Clotilde Cabral and Conceicao Farias of Portugal.
