She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Chouinard and Margaret J. Chouinard. She is survived by: her children, Michele M. Luvera (Giovanni) of Fredericksburg, VA, Nicole M. Sprott (David) of Brandon, FL and Jonathon P. "Jon" Jarvi (Carrie) of Bonita Springs, FL; and her sisters, Victoria L. Vauter of Alva, FL and Kristine C. Mickelson of Gurnee, IL.. She is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Nancy may be made to her family for a charity to be determined at a later date.
