Reed; his daughters, Sarah Bier of Boston, MA and Madeline Bier of Cleveland, OH; his mother Bernice Friedman (Cenker) of La Mesa, CA; his brothers, Ira Bier of Lakeland, FL and Craig Bier (Ginger) of North Aurora, IL; his uncle Jerry Bernat; his stepsiblings, Layne Friedman (Ann) of Holly Springs, NC and Alyssa Friedman of Chicago, IL; his parents-in-law, Jack and Arlene Reed of Orland Park, IL; his brother-in-law John Reed (Amanda Clark) of Lockport, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Bier, Steven Bier, Sophia Reed and Roland Reed.
