With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen McCaslin in Estero, Florida, born in Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McPhillips and Eileen McPhillips (McDonald); her brother-in-law David A. Schark; and her parents-in-law, James and Shirley McCaslin.
She is survived by: her husband James McCaslin; her son Jason (Christine); her grandchildren, Alexandra and Kellan of Eugene, Oregon; her siblings, Dianne Lichon (Richard) of Saginaw, Mary Ann Schark of Saginaw, Barbara Strickland (David) of Bixby and John McPhillips (Lisa) of Colleyville, Texas; her brothers-in-law, John McCaslin of Ludington and Joseph McCaslin of Lake; her nieces and nephews, Linda Lichon, Dick Lichon (Michalene), David Schark (Mary), Carrie Wilson (Tim), Kristen Platte (Jeff), Rachael Strickland, Alyssa Strickland, Dustin McPhillips (Brittany), Holden Hylander (Amanda), John Patrick "J. P." McPhillips, Jr. (Roxanne), James McCaslin (Sierra), Joseph McCaslin and Jocelyn McCaslin; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, John, Ann, Lauryn, David, Mason, Camden, Sofia, Hayes, Evan, Olivia, Ella, Kaius, Beau, Benjamin, Collin, Stormie and Jude.
