He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Czyszczon and Katie Czyszczon (Halascik); and his siblings, Joseph, Peter, Zigmunt, Stanley and Anna.
He is survived by: his wife Julie M. Cison (Wisniewski); his children, Laura Cison (William Bingham) of Estero, FL and John R. Cison II (Laura) of Lake Zurich, IL; his brother Edward Czyszczon (June) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, John R. Cison III, Bryce Cison and Julia Cison.
