He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis X. Ruehl and Margaret J. Ruehl; and his sister Mary Ellen Sipowicz. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Ruehl of Estero, FL; his sons, Sean T. Ruehl (Allison) of Durham, NC and Keith J. Ruehl (Maria) of Chicago, IL; and his grandsons, Peter Ruehl and Sean Ruehl.
