He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Todd Perlberg (Vicki), Troy Perlberg (Sherry) and Gina Vinkavich (Russ); his grandchildren, Tony (Cori), Justin (Karisa), Carly, Brianna, Zach, Michael, Ethan and Ava; his great grandchild River; his brothers, Jack Perlberg (Lollie) and Jim Perlberg (Shirley); and his siblings-in-law, Pat Perlberg and John Phillips (Jennifer).
