He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. and Celia J. Golden, Sr. (Maloney). He is survived by: his children, James B. Golden III (Tina) of Ponte Vedra, FL, Jennifer M. Kline (Craig) of Trade, TN and Jeffrey Golden; his siblings, Deidre Davies (Steven) of Bolton, CT, Sean Golden of Spain and Kevin Golden (Brenda) of Ireland; and his grandchildren, Eva, Marlo, Torin, Adelyn, Katelyn and Grace.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jim's name may be made to the Tunnels 2 Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., New York, NY 10306 to benefit the widows/widowers of fallen police officers and first responders across the country.
