He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Perzanowski and Madeline "Madge" Perzanowski (Madge) of Whiting, IN; and his sister Janet Belmont of Portage, IN. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sparks Perzanowski; his children, Frank Jr. Perzanowski of Syracuse, IN, Ron Perzanowski of Coal City, IL, Michael Perzanowski of Ft. Wayne, IN, Don Brown (Denise) of Goshen, IN and Gina Kendall of Vancouver, WA; his granddaughters, Mikala Hansen (C. J.) of Omaha, NE, Kassie Perzanowski of Syracuse, IN and Shelby Perzanowski of Hammond, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle Walter of LaPorte, IN, Austen Brown of Indianapolis, IN, Shelbie Miller, Macie Miller and Gwen Brown; his brothers, Tom Perzanowski (Jan) of Merritt Island, FL and Stan Perzanowski of York, PA; and his friends, Joe Dybel, Louie Dybel, George Kauchak, Ben Radamacher and Rudy Sparks. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
