It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forest Dale Armstrong (Estero, Florida), who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Armstrong and Faye Lewis Armstrong; his daughter Tamila Jo; and his siblings, Howard "Dick" Armstrong, Bill Bert Armstrong, Leo Earl Armstrong, Harold Wayne Armstrong, Russell Lewis "Bub" Armstrong, Betty June Armstrong, Alta Joan Cox, Patricia Fay Bialeschski and Lucretia Maude Baldwin.
He is survived by: his spouse Frances Marsh; his significant other Carolyn Hughes; his children, Dan Murray (Kelly) of Ballwin, MO, Ken Murray (Tricia) of Morrison, TN and Cherie Jo Ashley (Mark) of Mackinaw, IL; his daughters-in-law, Cindy McQuality of Forsyth, IL and Debbie Murray of Morrison, TN; his grandchildren, Katie Howley (John) of Decatur, IL, Kristin Murray of Decatur, IL, Kayley Pierce (Cody) of Morrison, TN, Kameron Murray of Ballwin, MO and Kellan Murray of Ballwin, MO; his great grandchildren, Evan John and Colin Howley of Decatur, IL; his siblings, Max Dean Armstrong of Shelbyville, Jessie Mae Polley (Eddie) of Decatur, IL, Glenna Sue Taylor (Robert) of Cowden, IL, Marian Lee Lorton (Brad) of Riverton, IL and Eileen McElroy (Bob) of Estero, FL; and his pets, Khloe and Kayla Ashley.
