He is survived by: his wife Anna L. Smith (Boyd); his daughters, Lori Bertsche (Rod), Elizabeth Hammond and Shelby Bivens (Chad); his grandchildren, Bailey Kemp, Jake Bertsche, Blake Bounds and Taylor Tolbert (Cody); his great grandchild Bella Binkley; and his sister Shirley Hudson.
