She was predeceased by: her former husband John L. Sera; and her mother Elizabeth E. Noland. She is survived by: her husband Billy D. Fisher; her son Chadd A. Fisher; her father Delmar J. Noland; her brother James B. Noland (Kelly); and her grandchild Jonah Michael Fisher.
