He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis R. Peyla and Caryl Peyla (Buck); his daughters, Leah Peyla and Suzanne Peyla-Aimaro; and his siblings, Louis R. Peyla and Marylou Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Peyla (Franklin); his children, Scott Peyla (Terry Stead) of Fort Myers, FL, Lynn Lockhart (Tim) of Las Vegas, NV and Dustun R. Peyla (Nancey) of Junction City, KS; his son-in-law Steve Aimaro; and his grandchildren, Breana, Jordyn, Charlie and Eli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
