Polkowski of Estero, FL; her children, Christine Cockerill (Stephen) of Sewell, NJ, Daniel Casullo of Punta Gorda, FL and Lisa Cestare (Michael) of West Chester, PA.; her stepchildren, Delores Nagle (Kyle) of Lititz, PA, Stephen Polkowski (Sandra) and John Polkowski (Helmi) of Stuttgart, Germany; and her sister Suzanne Scharr (Richard) of Concordville, PA. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
