She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Milligan and Elsie Milligan (Sievers); and her siblings, David, Steve, Tom Milligan and Sharon Torrey.
She is survived by: her husband Gary A. Holstein of Estero, Florida; her sons, Brent and Aaron Holstein of Camanche, Iowa; her sister Sandy Nelson (Jeff) of Sabula, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Mason, Emma Holstein of Camanche, Iowa and Lisa Holstein of Camanche, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
