She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Paul and Ruth June Shuck (Latta); her husband Keith Edwin Allen; her daughters, Vickie Elaine Hardin (Larry) and Onda Marie Shambaugh (Mark); and her grandchildren, Stacie Smith, Courtney Turnpaugh (Ryan) and Craig Hamblin. She was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
