He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lyle Kiser, Leo Foltz and Eleanor Plummer. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Kiser (Eley); his son Rory Kiser (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Mark (Joyce), Kelli (Matt) and Andrea (Sandeep); and his great grandchildren, Claire, Hannah, Jeffrey, Kayla, Hailey, Rebecca, Tristan and Brody.
