She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Salmons and Fayetta Salmons; and her spouse Amasa Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Joseph David Conover, Richard Michael Conover, Deana L. Maloney, Shirley Lynn Stinson and Julia Ann Tinder; and her siblings, Julia Martin and Herbert Sprague. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
