He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Frade; his son Kenneth J. Frade; his daughter-in-law Djiny Frade of Berkley, Massachusetts; his brother Joseph S. Frade of New Bedford, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Ryan Cody Frade, Jarren Jeffrey Frade and Kerrie Michelle Frade; his great grandchildren, Zarielle Frade and Luca Frade; and his siblings-in-law, Gale and Jon.
