He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Diana Dancy (Roger), Kim Henry (Michael), Rhea Warner, Gary Ware (Jenny) and Jeff Ware (Zenaide); and his brothers, Mike Clark (Daisy) and Jerry Clark (Sue). He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
