She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley R. Flynt and Pearl Flynt (England); and her sisters, Dorothy O'Bryant (Flynt) and Jeanette Wylie (Flynt). She is survived by: her husband Don Martin of Englewood; and her grandchildren, Chase Martin of Dallas, TX and Carly Martin of Naperville, IL..

She was proud to serve on the Board of Riverside Foundation in Lincolnshire, IL, a non-profit charitable organization as well as working with Welcome Wagon and Meals On Wheels.
