He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Beaulieu; and his siblings, Louise Summers, Evelyn LaRoche, Horace and Joseph.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Collins (Ken) and Linda Cox (David); his grandchildren, Ben Cox, Rachel Yantis and Claire Schwartz; and his friend Cathryn Keith. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Heart Association, in his memory.
