He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolanda Dion (Fay) and Philip Dion; his sons, Thomas Pierre and Stephen Paul; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Dion and Ray Beauchemin.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Aldrich Dion; and his children, Matthew Dion, Melissa Dion (Ken Carter) and Nichole Bauman (Todd Bauman). He is also survived by several grandchildren and step grandchildren as well as great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
